At Masters in Art, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for all of our customers. That’s why we offer a 31-day returns guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 31 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to proceed when returning the goods:
1) Items damaged due to shipping
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immidiently along with photo proof to report the damage and initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Once we receive the damaged item, we will either replace it with a new piece or process a full refund, whichever you prefer. 2) Items damaged within warranty period
In the rare occurance that your poster has been damaged due to sunlight. You must contact us within 12 months to notify us of this along with photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org We can advise on the next steps. The warranty period does not cover defects caused by careless handling
3) Unhappy about your purchase with us
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
4) Receiving the wrong items or missing items in your order
we make every effort to ensure that your order is accurate and complete. However, if you receive the wrong item or if any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost to you. If any items are missing from your order, we will send the missing items to you as soon as possible.
Please keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box as they may be needed for a return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions to resolve the issue.
